Meet Jon and Melissa!
Jon Noeth founded Noeth Films in 2012. Jon loves to film. He is our primary lead videographer. He has an eye for composition and he captures all the best, candid moments as they unfold. Jon has a way of editing with attention to emotional impact that reflects your day authentically. Melissa and Jon have been together for 22 years and married for 14. When not filming, Jon is surfing, playing guitar, listening to live music, and playing in the ocean with their 3 kids, Mason, Jude, and Stella.
Melissa started assisting Jon in 2015. She loves working with people. She enjoys making sure that you feel comfortable with all aspects of the process before and during the big day and then delivering the best video for you. Attention to detail prior to the wedding and throughout the editing process are what make the collaboration work well for us. When not texting you back, she is traveling, reading, snowboarding when she can, running on the beach with their golden retriever, Roxy, or reading books with the kiddos.

Meet Dan and Rachel!
Dan Florez is our other lead videographer and has been working with Noeth Films since 2020. Dan has been a professional photographer and videographer since 2008 and has been expanding his videography skills ever since he was just a kid, when he learned to make stop motion videos. He studied fine art at Flagler College and spent 3 years in the dark(room). He is great at anticipating emotional moments and being prepared for the spontaneity that often occurs during weddings. Dan is also a musician and his other talents include hula hooping, and surfing.
Rachel Crumbliss has been a photographer since 2015 and studied documentary production at Flagler College. She started filming weddings with Noeth Films in 2022. She has an eye for capturing details and she enjoys making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed on wedding days.
